I understand that you are fighting against trolls, AFK players, and people who ruin games. I respect that and I appreciate it. But the thing is I always play in a full premade team with my friends (5 players), and we are all in Discord together. When I play with my friends, I feel more relaxed and sometimes we joke around, pick unusual or “troll” picks, and just have fun. The important part is: my friends are completely okay with this. They do not mind at all. You can even check my match histor. I have played many games with the same people. If needed, I can ask each of them to contact support and confirm that they are not against how I play in those games. If I was playing with random players, I SWEAR I would not behave like this. I fully understand that random players might not like it, and I respect that. In solo/duo queue ranked game, I play seriously. You can check my history, I reached Platinum playing normally, without trolling, because I understand the difference when I play with people I don’t know. But in this case, I was playing only with my friends, and all of them were fine with it. That’s why I don’t understand why I get banned for this. We are a full party just having fun. Many players do the same thing. Why am I being punished for joking around with my own friends inside our full team? This feels really really UNFAIR. Also, I want to mention another situation: in one of our previous games, my friend got banned for going AFK, even though she was in a full premade with us and none of us had any problem with it. I understand why AFK is usually punished, but in a full premade where everyone agrees, I don’t understand why this is treated the same way. I also contacted support before, but I only received template responses. They did not answer ANY OF MY QUESTION and just said that the ban was correct. It felt like no one actually looked into my situation and no one cares at all. I would really really appreciate it, if you could review my case properly, including my match history and the fact that I was playing only with friends who were okay with everything. Also, I would like to ask: is it possible in the future to consider whether a player is in a full premade team before applying punishments? For example, before issuing a ban, could the system or reviewers take into account that all players in the match were grouped together and agreed to this kind of gameplay? And one more question: why does support take so long to respond? Sometimes it takes 3-4 days. If I receive a false ban for 3 or 4 days, what is the point of support if the response comes only after the punishment is already over? And for all of this, I received a 30-day ban. 30 days!!! THIS IS INSANE. I really love this game. I play it every day, and it means a lot to me. Being unable to play for an entire month feels extremely frustrating and unfair in this situation.
