Opportunities after Gate for Electrical Engineering Students

The first thought that comes to mind is, "What about the GATE - 2023?" Should one get ready for GATE 2023 as PSUs will become private and no one is aware of any openings in the railway industry?

Then I would say that although PSUs are being privatized, the value of a GATE Score will never be diminished. There hasn't been any word as of yet about modifications to the hiring procedure or anything else.

As of right present, the majority of PSUs favor the GATE scorecard for their hiring procedures, so the GATE may play a significant role in subsequent adjustments. So, remain motivated and complete your preparation.

Post Graduate Courses (M. Tech):-

GATE score card is valid for M. Tech admission for three years. 

Public Sector Units (PSUs):- 

Many public sector organizations (PSUs), including PGCIL, ONGC, GAIL, NTPC, NLC, and the State Electricity Board, use GATE score cards while employing new employees. A valid GATE Score is required for PSU's recruitment process, which also includes a personal interview, a group discussion, a group task, etc.

PSUs provide a very good salary, job stability, benefits other than salary and good social stature.

 

Fellowship Program in Management (FPM):-

PhD Entrance:- 

Some overseas universities (such as the Technical University of Germany, Nanyang Technological University-Singapore, National University of Singapore, and others), IITs, and NITs offer PhD programme based on GATE scores. GATE scores that are valid are used in the hiring process for PhD programme, followed by interviews.
