RNG Fish got me and lost helmet. I then got the helmet back but lost it right away after getting hit again and almost reset. I decided to keep the run going as I picked up an extra chest to get a flamesword for the boss.

World 3: 1:35.77 (My best time: 1:33.75)
Good world.

World 4: 2:11.42 (My best time: 1:49.67)
Did not 1 cycle the boss and lost 13 seconds. Everything else was good although I did not go for the risky strats.

World 5: 2:43.95 (My best time: 2:43.95)
Good world! This is thew first time I skipped the hammer to 1 cycle on the wind turbines. I actually got a PB for this individual level.

World 6: 5:45.27 (My best time: 5:37.97)
RNG Skeleton got me. Lost all my equipment in the second to last area of this world. Overall sloppy world, I need to practice this world more.
