NEVER FORCE IT, just once or twice is enough. because it will only cause *too many requests*. if you can't change the password, wait 7 days and try again. however, in my opinion, you should use that account on your device for 7 days before doing anything else after purchasing it from me, and once those 7 days have passed, try changing the password. also make sure your internet connection is stable and that you’ve cleared your cookies and cache before changing your password through your browser. changing password is the same as changing your email, make sure you only change both from your browser, because it's easier. short version : you should change your password through your browser on the hoyoverse website. or copy and paste this link : https://account.hoyoverse.com/#/login?cb_route=account-overview log in to your account and change your password there. make sure you’re not logged into the game while changing your password. try using or enabling a VPN first before changing your password, or you can do it without a VPN if you prefer. try requesting a code from Hoyoverse to your email once or twice. if you fail to change your password after two attempts, in conclusion, wait 3 days or up to 7 days (my suggestion) while continuing to actively play using that account on your device. 📌 THE ACCOUNTS I SELLING ONLY USE GOOGLE LOGIN OR LINK GOOGLE 📌 I'll only just add your email and a random password, unless you request a specific password. after that, I’ll unlink that google account for you. that way, you can login using your email and password. but if you want to unlink google account yourself, make sure you have the game installed on your phone to unlink google *ANDROID PHONE*. if your phone is not *ANDROID PHONE* but *iOS* let me know, before you login to the game. so i can unlink the google login and it takes time of course .. if you want to unlink that google account yourself : Login my google account first on your phone - Open the game on your phone - Login using your email and password that i have set previously - In the game - Settings - User Center - Linked Accounts - Select Google account and tap Unlink. make sure the google account is the same as the one i mentioned earlier. once successful, you can logout that google account from your phone. 📌 I WANT THIS ACCOUNT TO BE LINKED TO GOOGLE ONLY, NO EMAIL SET, NO USERNAME SET. NO PASSWORD SET. ONLY GOOGLE 📌 you can, and I’ll probably provide you my google, and all you need to do is secure that google account, after that, you can login to the game using the google login option. remember, only for android phone and PC. there is no google login option for iPhone/iOS. the advantage of logging in with google only is that *you are not required to enter a code from hoyoverse* and this is sometimes to avoid *too many requests* so you just have to login to the game safely and without having to wait or asking for the code from hoyoverse to your email. same as like login with username + password only. the difference is that this one doesn't ask for a code or have to do recaptcha. and how to secure a google account is also quite easy : - login my google account on your device ( you will definitely be asked for *a number* when you want to login, just tell me the number ) - already login google on your device, next step .. - add a recovery number/your phone number - add a recovery email/your email - change the password last step - delete the previous device history *my device* navigate to Google Account Devices page. Tap on the device you want to remove, select Sign out, and confirm. - add other security measures if needed like 2FA - for the recovery email and phone number, if you ask me to add them, that's fine - secure it slowly, no need to rush, and tadaaaa it's done, now you can login to the game just by using google login option if one day the google account is disabled, just let me know, unless you already know how to recover it. it usually takes 7 days for the google account to be fully bound to your device, after which you can do anything. 📌 I JUST WANT TO USE GOOGLE LOGIN, BUT IT HAS TO BE MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT 📌 of course you can’t, because hoyoverse requires at least one active link. Email, Google, Twitter or Facebook, etc and if the account that i selling is also linked to google only. so your option only take my google account. unless that account is already linked to a hoyoverse email or your email, you can unlink my google then link your own google account. remember, once an email is linked to hoyoverse, it cannot be deleted/remove. it can only be changed. *although email can sometimes be permanently deleted under certain circumstances, leaving only one login option, i don't think this needs to be explained .. 📌 THE ACCOUNTS I SELLING ONLY USE HOYOVERSE EMAIL OR EMAIL ONLY 📌 for accounts that only use email, i will change the email to yours. after that, you just need to change the password later. please note : i have a limit on changing old emails to new ones, roughly five times a week for *hoyoverse email login* so, it is best to wait first, because i need to check whether i’ve hit the limit or not. if i hit a limit, i might hand over the email to you; you would simply need to secure it and change the hoyoverse password another day. i only use email google for the hoyoverse login option. but i will only provide my email if i cannot change the old email to your email. some accounts use cloud apps like Cloudmoon or OneTap to stay active and login. (hoyoverse email login) if these apps are full, i sometimes login using a different device, such as a PC. so, if you want to changing email-password or anything else takes a few days, to avoid unwanted issues like *too many requests* because (hoyoverse email login) is very sensitive, especially honkai star rail. 📌 USING A MIDDLEMAN FOR TRANSACTIONS ON WEBSITES THAT SUPPORT THIS METHOD 📌 if you decide to use a middleman (midman), they will log into the account first to verify its contents and send you screenshots of the account details. after that, you can decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase. if you intend to buy it, i strongly recommend that you wait a moment. WHY? the reason is simple: since the midman has just logged in, attempting to immediately change the email to yours (for Hoyoverse Login) or linking your email (for Google Login) will likely trigger a "too many requests" error. to avoid this, we must be patient and wait until the restriction period resets. this happens because, essentially, changing or adding an email security setting should ideally be done from the original owner's device before the account is transferred or logged into on a new device. alternatively, if you don't mind, you can simply take over my current email and change it yourself whenever you are ready. 📌 IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THE SPECIFIC PLATFORM WHERE I SELL 📌 • account contents & progress can change account details such as levels, story progress, and resources can change at any time. especially the starter account that i want to sell, maybe i can progress it too. for mid game accounts in Zenless Zone Zero & Honkai: Star Rail, sometimes i won't progress depending on my situation and mood (i'm only human, after all!). since i manage multiple accounts, some limited events might be skipped. however, i will always claim the new patch rewards and 7 day daily login rewards. i will do my best to keep everything as up to date as possible and update the screenshots periodically. • original owner tag for accounts at level 30 and above, i will always select "NO" for the Original Owner tag. there is a specific technical/security reason for this, even if the account originally started as a starter account below level 30. you can ask me the reason. • thread updates & new thread if there are significant changes, i will update the description or create a new thread. i usually create a new thread once a month if the old one becomes outdated. since i haven't upgraded my account yet. • availability & sold items if you don't see a new update for an item i'm selling, it's probably because i forgot to update the thread, deleted the thread, or the item has already been sold elsewhere. if it has sold, I'll mark the thread as SOLD. check my previous threads for reference. 📌 YOUR ACCOUNT GOT RISKY ACTION 📌 - if you want to switch between account 1 and account 2, etc., please wait about 5–10 minutes - make sure your password isn’t the same as the one you use for other accounts, and that it isn’t too common or too vulgar either - email are *sometimes* used repeatedly to create multiple accounts - your network or the browser where you created the account is too vulnerable - account is created using a random VPN/proxy network, so when you log in with a normal network it will be detected - account is created using multi tabs along with a random proxy - repeated failed password attempts - requesting a code to change email or password repeatedly - accounts frequently switch devices too quickly - strange login attempts - bad network - the email you are using may be suspicious - entered the wrong email for that account multiple times - if you see a *too many requests* on your device for the first time, don’t panic. wait a full day, 3 days, 7 days and don’t login to the game. check your account from hoyoverse website and make sure you can login through the website. *remember or take a screenshot your hoyoverse UID, game UID, and the last device used to log in or the first device, if the account was purchased from me. keep it safe, if i haven't deleted it yet, it will be useful if you need my help in the future* this will be very useful later, so it’s crucial to always keep these details in mind* once you’ve successfully logged into the hoyoverse website, Account Center - Password and Security - Trusted Devices - Remove all device. after that, try logging in again on your device. - to resolve *dead links* on google, twitter, facebook, or email, etc, or can't change email/password just contact hoyoverse customer service directly. two days the problem will be solved. dead links and can't change email/password are easier to resolve than “too many requests” ( although it can be overcome by waiting and not logging in for a few days, or login with a new device ) or “your account has been flagged for suspicious activity/risky action, please contact customer service, ( this is the final boss ). - risky action, sometimes it can resolve on its own for those experiencing it for the first time. it usually takes three months for first time. 6 months for those who frequently attempt to force a second login, and the duration will continue to increase if you attempt to login to an account that has been flagged for *risky action* try to login on the first device the account was created on, if you got *risky action* after a certain period of time is reached. - remember, even if you don't buy an account and actually create it yourself, the problem of *too many requests & risky actions* will always be there. it just depends on how you deal with it and never blame others. for example, you're *boosting* your account, your device isn't showing *too many requests* before, but the device of the person *boosting* your account is showing *too many requests*. similarly, on the device of the person who *boosting* your account, there aren’t *too many requests*, but once the account is back to your, the *too many requests* error appears on your device. so, just hope that the account you bought or created yourself isn’t affected by either of those things. because, in fact, buying and selling hoyoverse accounts, sharing account is prohibited. be positive. -
