Letter to Spotify

Dear Spotify team, Please take notice that the song MONEY by the original artist LISA has been replaced by an unauthorized artist (User: FlowArt1943) using an identical name and also music from the original artist was used in the track without legal right. This action consequently breached an intellectual property right of the legitimate owner. See attached screenshots as evidence. Number of users have unfortunately streamed the unauthorized material from incorrect source while the original artist losing the stream and income that should have been directed to the real IP owner. We are certain that this violates Spotify rule and your stance on intellectual property protection. The problem started on April 24th and immediately our fanbases have tried to report this through DM of @SPotifyCares & @SpotifyThailand on Twitter, submitted a form on Spotify.com and spoke with live customer service representatives but none has led to successful resolution yet. On April 26th, MONEY on Today's Top Hits playlist, for example, had either disappeared from the list or became unavailable when users tried to play. So, it is clear that the problem was worsen. We would appreciate Spotify team to notice this issue and rectify it immediately. The longer this issue drags on, the more damage it would cause.
