Open Wefts Cap

Sky of the Noriko Collection features a classic wefted cap with open wefts and permatease in the nape to ensure maximum airflow and a light-weight wear. A standard wefted cap, often referred to as the classic or basic wig cap is made up of hair that has been stitched on tied to fabric strips referred as wefts. They are then weaved together over the cap's head to mimic the natural growth of hair, making this an extremely common and least costly cap construction options available today.

The open wefted cap looks like its traditional model, but has a more natural aesthetic and feel since its wefts aren't as thick and there is a little breathing space between rows of wefts. As it's less likely to become loose over time it is often preferred by women with sensitive scalps that require wigs of lighter weight.

Caps with hand-tied knots come in a variety of designs. Every individual fiber is hand tied onto the cap for an appearance that is more natural and light feel. However there is a chance that the ventilation won't be as great. In addition, wigs like these may require more care because their fragility requires more consideration than wefted cap wigs.

Permatease Top
