Menu Plan
Breakfast:
*Sausage biscuits
*Omelets
*Pancakes and bacon
*Biscuits, chocolate gravy, ham
*Toaster sandwiches
-These are our basic breakfast meals. We throw in cereal and muffins, some yogurt, granola and fruit now and then. Claire is on a low carb diet and I am joining her as best I can, so this is obviously for the rest of the family. Claire and I make different choices.
Lunch: (or dinner here in the South)
*grilled cheese, fruit
*mom's baked mac and cheese, salad
*homemade burritos
*nachos or pizza
*soft tacos or burrito casserole
*leftovers
Supper:
*Jambalaya
*Chicken tetrazzini,salad
* Wild Rice Chicken Soup, rolls
*Migas (breakfast for supper)
*Creamy Italian chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli
*Salmon cakes, sweet potato fries, brussel sprouts
