Take your laptop, tablet and even your smartphone to the campsite with your kids.
It was something I have learned the hard and painful way. My mother has been on my back all weeklong, telling me to prepare this and keep in mind that. My excitement at taking my first camping trip, with my children and grandkids was all I had to share with my mother. Now, she's everywhere, giving advice and suggestions regarding every possible scenario. I don't mind my mother's talk. But listening to her lectures make me nervous. This was a huge mistake I realized the following day...or two.

We left in our vehicle and planned to drive all up to the campsite. To recreate the rustic trip my dad had back in the day I picked a remote spot which would turn out to be later, was no longer in service. That means out smartphones were out of service, and we were pretty much completely alone and there was no other camper to be seen. We're not complaining as I had hoped to enjoy a wonderful trip off work.. We spent 3 days outdoors in the nature setting, surrounded by nature.. In less than 24 hours, we were driving home.
What happened? We didn't have any bars or Internet access We had nothing. I took a laptop along with some online games. The bag did not take my hands. I had a great background ready to show my projector which I carried to create large-screen effects videos. The only issue was that there wasn't Internet connection to Hulu, Netflix, or Disney+. They just wanted to get on top of their schoolwork to check their emails and send me texts. I couldn't take this anymore and packed the return trip. As we left the zone without wifi my kids made noises almost identical to little piglets eating tasty food stuffs... I really do love my kids. However, it was quite embarrassing. They squealed and groaned when their phones began beeping to announce incoming text messages.
Since then, I've developed a better understanding of how to be prepared and not to get stuck in an internet-less area without any roaming. After an extremely long boat ride to our destination, I found myself with my new best friends with two tablets and a laptop. They had Hulu streaming video on one side, Netflix movies, and shows on the other. The laptop also contains music videos as well with some films that I downloaded to watch later with Hulu and Netflix apps through the Windows app store. I've got about 600 hours of materials to watch, including all of the South Park, Friends, and Will & Grace seasons.
There are many videos of children laughing therefore I downloaded a few Youtube videos. Some videos were converted into the formats of mp3 or mp4. This web application allows me to download the videos directly onto my computer. I can then play them offline whenever I require electricity. I DVR lots of movies, TV Shows and online lectures, seminars and anything else that's worth watching later, and I save those videos in the format of mp4 to my laptop. Later, I can play them using VLC or KMP, or literally anything that plays videos and supports 4K.
Another thing that I insist on is 4k. What do you think? The video is so clear, it's incredible. I highly recommend. The new TVs with 4k image support feature amazing software that enhances and processes the image. Older videos look so much better on a TV. mp4 click Even though it's not excellent, it can be transformed into a smooth, modern video stream. All girls and boys will love it!
