1. Get the development needs. Boil it as a result of the top three development needs, or in plain english, "what have you been hoping to get from your program?" 7. Duration of program: Programs range anywhere from 2-3 days to six weeks. I honestly don't know how one could afford to visit a 6 week program currently, unless they are with a sabbatical or their firm is just trying to find reduce them for some time.

8. Look into the amenities'. Fine, I know, this is the learning experience and never a vacation, but first-rate food, accommodations, and surroundings all are section of the total experience. Also check if the bedroom and your meals are in the program.

9. Factors which should not be a part of a decision: alumni relationships, timing coinciding with the NCAA playoffs, and catchy program titles.

10. In the end of the, narrow it as a result of 2-3 program, after which select determined by best fit, timing, and costs.
