Mojang's Scrolls Launches in Open Beta Today, $20 Gets you Access to the Game.
Mojang's best known for the indie blockbuster Minecraft however, today marks the start of the open beta of its new game, Scrolls. It's been a long time since the game's launch, and the title was the subject of a courtroom dispute. Notch would have loved to discuss the early difficulties in a space-filled arena. While it's not "feature fully-featured" however, you can test your skills at card fighting in online matches that are casual and ranked. The trading forum for cards is operational and so is the in-game store for bolstering your deck with gold you've earned through triumph, and "shards" purchased with real money. You can alter your deck using the builder, and 25 trials are available immediately to school you in the game's strategy. Minecraft skins The open beta costs $20, PS13 or 15 Euros. However, you're purchasing the game in its entirety early as all future updates will be available for free to beta adopters. The purchase page isn't available at the moment, but it'll be available for download for PC and Mac at some point in the coming days.
