same as blast dmg increase, just by everything

0 means no dmg taken

value is percentage of base RJ dmg.
0 will negate RJ damage, even for demoman

gives marketgardener affect to any soldier melee
only works for soldier (not demo)

does as says, value is extra percentage to add of dmg.
duration works

value is percentage added of base damage
setting to 0 negates sentry damage, even if placed before atributed added
"Reload time decreased"
does what it says, reload time is value.
.1 makes it 10 percent of normal speed. 0 makes super fast
a bit glitchy with certain weapons
"crit mod disabled"
supposedly removes random crits
difficult to test, not sure if works - seems to work, but not on listen server
"ammo regen"
regenerates ammo to value (in percentage) every 5 seconds
value at 100 will put ammo at full every 5 seconds
"cancel falling damage"
works just as pretty boy's pocket pistol does
no fall damage sound as well.
"Allows you to see enemy health"
creates enemy hud elements,
but it's glitched, so just a mush
"reduced_healing_from_medics"
at value of 100 gives instant overheal
0 or negative gives no heal from mediguns
will still build uber for medics and uber can be deployed
"no double jump"
just removes scout's double jump
"voice pitch scale"
don't know value bounds, but affects tempo as well.
lower pitch slows, higher pitch speeds up.
"dmg from ranged reduced"
any ranged weapons (including all taunt kills) are equal to value in percentage
100 makes them insta kill, 0 makes them do no dmg, -100 makes them give health to attacked person
"gesture speed increase"
value is percentage of base taunt speed.
all in game animations are affected as well, not only taunts
0 will not let you move. negative values are glitchy
solo taunts and partner taunts react differently

mantreads affect on any class
(3x fall damage applied to victim when stomped on)

seemingly only works on demo primaries.
may visually glitch other weapons.

value is percentage of base melee damage
duration does not seem to work

does not even trigger backstab animation for spy

value is percentage of bullet-based weapon damage unless a headshot
(yes, all classes that use bullets)

value is base dmg of headshot, either spy or sniper
