Game Design

A game is a well-structured form of leisure, sometimes undertaken merely for fun or entertainment, and at other times used as an educational instrument. Games are distinctly different from work, which typically is performed for remuneration; and from fine art, which is generally more a manifestation of artistic or aesthetic elements. In many ways, games can be seen to parallel and even supersede traditional forms of play and leisure such as dancing, hunting, fishing and gardening. There are many ways to learn and engage with the creative process through game s including an assortment of board games, word and level games, puzzles, memory and concentration games, hand-eye coordination and more. A game can range from a simple board game, to an elaborate computer game and beyond.
