Can i put my car under my dad's insurance even thou its registered to me?

Is not Social Protection a necessary fee/duty/ insurance on all employees? Is not unemployment insurance a mandatory insurance until you are an independent contractor? Is not car insurance a mandatory insurance for almost any driving person?
