As a Pay-to Play User

As a player who pays to play, it's so disappointing when you don't get your money's worth. A few years back, I purchased minecraft on my iPad and played it with friends and siblings. I was so enthralled with it that I gave it a five-star rating. No doubt it was an elite charter at all times. I eventually began playing on Java as well and started investing in it more. But now that I've returned to playing on mobile, I find that the multiplayer feature doesn't work. I'm unable to connect to servers, worlds and realms. It always says "Unable to connect to the world" to me as if it was an issue with the internet. It was like that for a while before I realized it was an issue in the game. It was a frequent issue that a lot of players encountered. I went online to find out more. It was something my friends also experienced. What's even more troubling is that this has been going on for several months now and still Mojang refuses to address the issue. There have been numerous updates and developers claim there are "various bugs that have been fixed." It's disappointing. I enjoy Minecraft but this is just getting out of control. Many people pay an enormous amount of money playing this game. It's disrespectful to take away the quality experience that they deserve and pay for.

To the developers, you could as well take down your "Play with friends" marketing while you're at this. I Don't Care About Miles Per Gallon Please resolve this problem. We're begging you to have some decency to protect your reputation and respect for your loyal customers.
