Car insurance lapsed in CT what would be the steps to reregister car & get insurance?

" help? alright how does this sound to you folks? my mother has two vehicles one among that is protected with me like a novice im 19 and my sisters being a complete driver 22 she is also covered with her own car but on my mothers so she culd take me out to understand and for emergency causes alright therefore the next car is going to be protected underneath the same corporation over a different coverage with my mother just. This appears suspecious?? that! I'll become a full liceance around the policy im presently on-but that will not suggest it will be my vehicleAuto- insurance is offered by what business for illegal?
