Is It Worth Visiting the Delta Office Instead of Calling Support?

I recently had to clarify baggage rules for an international trip, and after calling customer service a few times, I decided to stop by the Delta Airlines Barcelona Office, Spain. Surprisingly, the in-person assistance was quicker and more reassuring compared to speaking over the phone. The agent printed out all the details for me, including weight limits, carry-on allowances, and fees for extra items. Being able to ask follow-up questions on the spot made things much clearer. The office seemed busiest around midday, so if you want to avoid waiting, try going earlier or closer to closing time. Overall, the visit saved me from unexpected airport stress. If you’re dealing with something complicated or time-sensitive, it’s definitely worth going in person.
