AsmeSolent Resignation

Hi all, It's time for a bit of a change. As of tomorrow (23/07/2023), I will be stepping down as Operations Director. A lot of time has gone into this decision, but ultimately I do not have the time, energy or passion anymore to keep going in this role. As some of you may know, fairly large changes have happened in my life over the last year, and I must focus on IRL priorities moving forward. Although the search is not yet complete for my replacement, I wish them the very best of luck in their new role, and I am sure that they will succeed. It was a fantastic opportunity to be OD, and I will be the first to admit that mistakes were made. However, I am confident that the management team we currently have is the strongest and most impactful team to date. I wish them, and all the rest of you, all the best for every future endeavour.
