30,000 People Crowd at Jamsil Sports Complex Today "Public Transportation Recommended"

Game 2 of the Korean Series, Cirque du Soleil, and more to be held in Seoul

Seoul "Strongly recommend using public transportation in anticipation of major congestion"

The Seoul Metropolitan Government on Monday urged people to use public transportation as more than 30,000 visitors are expected to flock to Jamsil Sports Complex, which is hosting Game 2 of the 2023 Baseball Korea Series and Cirque du Soleil.

On that day, the '2023 Baseball Korea Series Game 2' between the LG Twins and KT Wiz will be held at Jamsil Baseball Stadium from 6:30 p.m., and about 25,000 baseball fans are expected to visit. At 7:30 p.m., Cirque du Soleil's Lucia performance will be held at the Big Top in Jamsil Stadium.

In total, about 30,000 visitors are expected to visit the Jamsil Sports Complex.

In particular, parking lots 1, 4, and 5 of Jamsil Sports Complex are being restricted due to the remodeling of the Olympic Main Stadium from this month.

The Seoul Sports Facilities Management Office said, "The Jamsil Sports Complex is expected to be very crowded, so we highly recommend using public transportation for a fun and safe viewing experience." 19가이드03
