Bar concept
BAR/RESTAURANT CONCEPT:
ENGLISH
The concept of our bar-restaurant will be a bar with 10-14 taps, a kitchen and a familiar atmosphere with approx 50-60 seats:
- Beer selection:
All WP beers on tap and in bottles/cans + some guest beers on tap + a big selection of lambics and belgian beers + vintage beers.
All explained and served accurately by the staff. Bottles will be served at the table respecting the belgian culture.
- Food inspiration:
Our food inspiration will mix all the cooking knowledge and roots of our Masterbrewer, a fusion of italian, belgian (meals cooked with beer), spanish cuisines (modern tapas), with the support of the beers.
The menu will start with few fixed tapas/finger-foods and some weekly tapas made with 100% fresh ingredients, respecting the seasons and the nature.
Some special dishes cooked with beer will follow and will be changed weekly/monthly, aswell as pasta and italian stree-food, depending by the fresh ingredients that will be available.
A menu with few top quality fresh ingredients, that offer meat, fish, vegan and vegetarian foods, aswell as non-alcoholic top quality drinks.
