How to keep current with the music of your home country, even if it's 10 years since you last left.

How are you doing? I am a young Russki man who emigrated to America to seek an improved life. In Russia I was never wealthy, and certainly not close to middle class, I was dirt poor. My family, not me. As an adult in Russia, money was not an essential requirement. We had to come up with ways of earning money. There are many schemes available, with the majority of them similar to the alcoholics asking for money from their neighbors to buy their shared vodka bottle. It was almost the same. We looked for quick ways to make some money so that we could purchase bread. We would always be hungry.
And so I made it to America I've and have been here for some time, seen most of the East Coast from Boston all the way down to Miami and Key West and all the way to the middle of the states. It is far from New York, Brooklyn and Brighton Beach. This area reminds me of much of home. It's loud and dirty the people are rude and full of Russian speech. I spent a lot of money there, mostly for Russian restaurants and bookstores and music stores.

I love music as well as reading books. However, as of recently it's easy to locate Russian books on Kindle. I stopped buying books in hardcopy. Additionally, I don't have a lot of space in my home and my wife is a complete collector. Therefore, I do to stay away from buying new things. Books in stacks looks smart in the beginning, but afterwards they just looked sad until I moved them into the garage, which has plenty of space left to store my belongings..

Music, however, is different. Music is my favourite thing to listen to. My job requires me to travel a lot so I have plenty of music. And as an old Russian immigrant, I haven't discovered a love for any of the new music I found here in the USA.. I simply don't like hip-hop, rap metal, rock, and pop. All the new age music that children love to dance to. Old Russian music is one of my favorites music, particularly the ones with prison themes. They're still popular after 20 years I've been away, and they are not available on CDs, but rather cassettes in cars, and Youtube videos. Youtube is now the only place to find all the data. And so I spend hours having Youtube playing music after returning home from work or after work.
After some time, I discovered an extensive playlist that included more than 300 songs that I love. Since there are more than 300 songs, it's easy to get used to the music. But then when I want to play the songs in my car, I don't have any Internet to spare, I require it to drive and for navigation. I prepare the playlist at home. I'm in the middle of. I record a few songs to Youtube as MP3 files. After that I burn these MP3s to a CD with my computer. After that I drive the CD to my car and listen. This site can print out an entire Youtube playlist, and then convert every song into an mp3 file to save to my home computer. You can then convert the mp3 file to an audio disc. Sometimes, I'm a little naughty and just make data CDthat doesn't play in my old car stereo. But it is possible to record audio. It's amazing to see how technology works. I don’t need to go online or have any other devices to play MP3. Simply insert the CD into the car stereo, and I hear the Russian music booming in Manhattan.
It's easy and inexpensive to save videos on Youtube as MP3 files. Then you can download the MP3 files to your Smartphone. My friend connected his smartphone to the car stereo , and it began playing high-quality audio in less than 2 seconds. He was also able stream Spotify as well as Pandora radio. It doesn't even require a lot of internet connection. This sounds like something I'd like to consider trying. But, I'll make sure that I don't use the free wifi.
