Which is the best Minecraft Server Hosting Service?

I am looking for a 3GB-4GB, Quarterly Billed Minecraft server but can't decide between all of the hosters. I would rather spend money on good hardware and services than on cheap hardware for a moderately large number of players (around 8-12). My budget ranges from 30-40$

I have a list that convinces me of hosters. (Apex Hosting is by far the most popular, although there might be better options.

I prefer apex web hosting. It's a reliable and affordable imo

I use Aternos but have never tried any other.

Aternos is a scumbag as a Minecraft Hoster. It should be avoided. Can't even handle 5 players

Both mineplex, hypixel, and mineplex use aternos. Its one of the best mc server hosts out there at the moment.

They don't. Although they have thousands of instances, a host like alter doesn't likely have enough servers for all the data.
