I personally don't have to worry too much about it because I do have a VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) TV, however even if I didn't, I wouldn't be concerned about it since the game doesn't drop the FPS often and this is not a competitive game , therefore the drops are not that important.
On a side note VRR isn't enough when it drops below 50 FPS often since VRR is able to mask drops as low as 50 but not lower than that or else it won't be able to make a difference, and yet the drops aren't common.
There will not be any graphic updates as it's an improvement behind the scenes to FPS only. I checked the loading and found nothing to be different.
A side note: I got this game purchased in a sale, but I didn't play it till it came out on the Xbox Game Pass which made me feel dumb that I did not wait. I have gotten over it since it did end in a halt and I prefer owning my games as much as I can with the exception of Microsoft first party games as they'll be on the Xbox Game Pass indefinitely cause Microsoft owns the studio.
