The City's science museum designs Minecraft maps of Bristol
22 September 2018
The museum gives away free Minecraft maps of Bristol to encourage digital reconstruction.
We The Curious created the maps for its Minecraft workshops as part of the Festival of What If.
Tom Rodgers, life science officer, claimed that there was a rollercoaster and the largest rainbow. Also, someone made College Green into an active volcano.
Minecraft is an online video game, but there is no winner or losers. Gamers create digital worlds.
Rodgers said there was no Metrobus or Arena however, perhaps it's not what 12-year-olds are worried about.

The maps of the museum cover the area around Harbourside. They can be downloaded from the museum's Twitter page.
Mr Rodgers said: "We've never done a digital event like this before, but in the end we're just trying to inspire people to take on at it and provide them with fresh ideas."
