Style Options

Styles can be used to create reusable groups of formatting options. For example, you can use them to format text. You can create new style collections, edit existing styles or add to your styles gallery.

UseGo To Style to format text throughout your document using any one style type - including Character and Paragraph styles.

Select the text to be formatted, navigate to the Styles gallery in the Home tab, and select one of the types. Create a style from formatted text using the Create New Style option in the Formatting Dialog Box. Name it appropriately before clicking OK to make future selections easier. Styles gallery automatically displays the new style so that future selections don't require additional clicks.

Select the style you want to edit in the Styles gallery, then click the Edit button on the mini-toolbar above it. The font family or font style can be modified as well. Also, you can adjust the size, kerning and leading options as well as case options.

Style materials are items that can be used in crafting to determine visual styles for armor and weapons. You can collect them from loot, by deconstructing weapons made in the style or buying them from merchants. Most require 10 unrefined pieces.

These materials are also useful for crafting furnishings that can be sold to other players for a decent amount of gold, making them semi-valuable assets to collect whenever possible - especially those required for Blacksmithing, Woodworking or Clothier sealed master writs. The table below lists all the style materials and their Item IDs. This is to make it easier for guild traders to compare prices.
