The U.S. Embassies in Ankara, Turkey, and Dubai, United Arab Emirates, are staffed as Non-Immigrant Visa interviewing posts for Iranian candidates with Farsi-speaking Consular Officers who are conversant in situations within Iran. Please bear in mind that applying at another embassy aside from the 2 listed above could make it difficult to demonstrate one’s skills for a visa. The U.S. Embassy in Baku encourages all residents of Iran to use at those two places.
