Terms for using beats

Terms of Service: (Not applied if you have purchased an exclusive license) By using my beat, you acknowledge and agree to follow these terms. By downloading or using any of my beats, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use them under the conditions outlined below: 1. Permitted Uses You are authorized to: - Record vocals and create a song using the beat. - Distribute the song on digital streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.). - Monetize the song through streaming revenue, live performances, and social media. (Buy a lease if you have more than 10k streams on any music platforms, buy untagged wav if you reached 500k streams) ATTENTION: You must credit me as the producer of the beat in all releases: @prodepxser x <collaborators> (unless buying exclusives ofc) 2. Restrictions You are strictly prohibited from: - Registering the song with any Content-ID system (e.g., YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, etc.) as it affect others from using this beat. - Claiming exclusive rights to the beat, or a part of the beat. - Selling, reselling, leasing, sublicensing, or distributing the beat as a standalone instrumental. - Use it for AI training 3. Ownership I retain full ownership and copyright of the original beat. This agreement does not transfer any rights of ownership. However, if you purchase an exclusive license, all restrictions mentioned above will no longer apply, and you will receive full rights as agreed upon in the exclusive license agreement. 4. Termination Failure to comply with these terms will result in the immediate revocation of your license. I reserve the right to pursue legal action in the event of any violation. 5. Limitation of Liability I am not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of my beat, including copyright claims, third-party disputes, or monetization restrictions. You assume all responsibility for ensuring compliance with relevant copyright laws and platform policies. 6. Modifications to Terms I reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of my beat following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 7. License Duration & Renewal The non-exclusive license granted under these terms is valid (1 year for mp3 and 5 years for wav) unless otherwise specified. Exclusive licenses are subject to separate agreements that outline their duration and renewal terms 8. Indemnification By using my beat, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the beat maker(s) harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the beat, including copyright infringement, unauthorized distribution, or third-party disputes.
