Car insurance in the u.k??

Hello I live-in Colorado i just acquired a fresh 2012 hyundai and visited get insurance through Freeway Insurance and I signed up with Growers for a 12 month quality they did not tell me something of a dealer charge till after i signed all of the paperwork. I'm paying $220 monthly for full coverage and 20yrs old. They charged me a $275 Specialist cost I just wish to zero if that is possibly legal or should they ripped down me! I strolled out paying $560.00 Are they allowed to charge such substantial fees I also have them return it quickly when they ripped me off and will contact my creditcard. Please support.
