Honestly, two years ago I'd have said no. But things have changed a lot since then. Bharuch has a strong industrial belt that most people outside Gujarat don’t know about. GAIL, ONGC, IOCL, Ankleshwar GIDC, Dahej SEZ, Suzuki Motor Gujarat. These companiesbring thousands of working professionals every year. All of them need homes. 

The Gail Township Road and Umraj corridor is where most new residential projects are coming up. Gated communities with 2BHK row houses, 3BHK villas and 4BHK bungalows. Schools, hospitals and markets all within short distance.
I know a few families who bought here three years ago. They're already seeing solid growth. Not because of hype. Because real demand from the industrial belt keeps pushing things forward. 

Anurang Developer has been building in this corridor for years. Their communities are already occupied. Families are settled and happy. That kind of track record in a growing area says a lot.

 Property here won’t stay this affordable for long. If you re seriously thinking about is Bharuch a good place to invest in real estate, I’d say visit once and see it yourself.
